The ability to first win over oneself, but then above all other people to want to actively shape the future of the company is one of your greatest challenges as an entrepreneur, as a senior manager, or as a senior executive.

Our 2-day workshop enables you to visualize a powerful image of the future of your company and your role in it in a highly creative way.

You will, guided by an experienced Madeira-based visual artist, develop a creative image of your personal future or the future of your company.

All necessary materials are available to you for creating a “piece of art” that motivates you and others to want to bring that future to life. You should enjoy creating visual art. No prior experience required.

You will have a comprehensive exchange with the other participants about this vision of the future for gaining other perspectives.

Christoph Seidl, in turn, as a management trainer with many years of experience, will act as your moderator and coach both in plenary sessions and in individual sessions. Together with you he will develop principal approaches to an implementation and to initial, prioritized concrete steps for achieving this vision of the future.

Within the framework of an optional individual coaching (offline or online) you can, accompanied by Mr. Seidl, work on the further sustainable implementation. This may begin during a conversation on a joint hiking tour in Madeira.
